A few words about me

Dear martial arts friend, thank you for your interest in our self-defence association REMAC and the martial arts Wing Tzun & Escrima.

Martial arts is my passion, it all started in 1983 with Karate (1st Kyu, brown belt). Over the years I have practiced various martial arts (Haïkido - Jet Kundo) to finally end up with Wing Tzun and Escrima which I have been practicing with passion and enthusiasm since 2011. A few years later, after an intense training, I finally passed my Wing Tzun instructor licence (October 2015) and since October 2020 I have been teaching the art of Wing Tzun in my own school in Luxembourg.

I continue to train every week at the Remac Federation headquarters in Germany, with Dai-Sifu René Simons, together with other professionals, to ensure a high level of teaching. Wing Tzun is not only a realistic self-defence fighting system, but also a training of reflexes and reactions, concentration exercises, fun, as well as a strengthening of self-confidence.
